          What You’ll Do

• Provide fast, friendly support via tickets, phone, chat, and in person

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues with minimal downtime

• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

• Install and update applications and systems

• Manage user accounts and password resets

• Support and maintain the phone system
  
  
  What You Bring

• 3 years of IT support or related experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office

• Clear communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus: SQL, server, or Linux experience
