Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday & Saturday OT hours vary
Salary Grade F
$24.75 - $29.25
Job Summary:
The Customs Fabricator I is responsible for performing basic processes in the building of custom cabinets and components.
Job Duties:
- Receives carts of jobs with all parts and reviews the job order.
- Assembles cabinet in sequence by gluing and stapling.
- Utilizes jigs as needed.
- Sands and putties as needed.
- Uses hand tools, hammers, drills, etc.
- Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
- Moves assembled cabinets on to sanding.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
- Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
- Fills in other areas needed.
