Job Overview
The Porter is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and maintaining the public areas, such as hallways, parking garage, public bathrooms, restaurants, Employee Lounge, and offices.  The Porter is responsible for following housekeeping procedures in the guest room, continued cleaning of the slot banks, windows, and carpet.  He or she must communicate effectively with Maintenance regarding items that need attention.  Other responsibilities may include spot cleaning furniture, dusting, laundry, band load in and load out, seasonal decorations and assisting with snow removal.

Gaming

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Experience

• Porter or housekeeping experience is preferred

Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong customer service skills

• Able to communicate with the public effectively

• Must be available to and willing to work all shifts required

• Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the Employee Handbook

• Moderate lifting may be necessary
