Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, event materials handling, and logistics operations at our office. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving, organizing, preparing, and transporting event-related materials and equipment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, organize, and store inventory and event materials
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and shipments
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
• Conduct inventory counts and update inventory records
• Support event setup and breakdown logistics when required
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic communication skills and willingness to learn

• Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory systems
• Forklift certification is a plus (not required)
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
