The Client Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attendees, and business partners. This role focuses on providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout event and project operations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Support event registration and attendee assistance when needed
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients
- Track customer interactions and prepare service-related reports
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
