- Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation, craft press releases, and coordinate media outreach efforts.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Engage with followers to foster relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and build a loyal online community.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and visual assets that drive online sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
- Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and digital advertising techniques.
