Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and handling practices.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality.
- Support food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for all customers and staff.
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista or in the food industry with strong coffee-making skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cashiering.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
