About the role
The Crunchyroll Logistics Manager role is a critical position within the operations team Organization responsible for ensuring all outbound, inbound and reverse logistics activities are functioning in an efficient, safe, and consistent manner while working on continuous improvement processes with other Operations executive positions.
- Daily inbound receiving and outbound shipping order management including ensuring processing by FIFO disciplines but also ensuring priorities for both are completed on time.
- Daily reporting up for any issues that will cause a disruption in productivity and/ or expected performance for that day's orders or inbound processing.
- Scheduling and managing our warehouse needs based on forecasted volumes against productivity.
- Daily recording and reporting for all non conformance Vendor inbound issues and non perfect outbound shipping order issues.
- Contribute to all process improvement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Day to Day contact with all 3rd Party warehouses Domestically and Globally
- Daily reporting up for any issues that will cause a disruption in productivity and/ or expected performance for that day's orders or inbound processing.
- Managing our domestic and global warehouse needs based on forecasted volumes against productivity.
- Manage all 3P domestics and global warehouses expectations of all order and item volume
- Onboarding of new 3PL vendors in various territories
- First responder to any warehouse issues
In the role of Logistics Manager, you will report to the Vice President of eCommerce.
We are considering applicants for the locations of Dallas and Grimes.
About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- Your minimum of 4 years working in a warehouse distribution environment (B2C preferred) with a minimum of 2 years as a floor lead or above.
- You have a solid understanding and experience with inventory management disciplines and procedures in hard goods.
- The proven ability to manage teammates within a warehouse environment and skills to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Your 2-3 years experience working within an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and your familiarity with warehouse software picking and inventory control management software systems.
- You have a team first mentality and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
