Position Overview
We are looking for a Cleaning Attendant who will be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and management of daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists. The cleaning attendant will ensure a welcoming, safe and healthy club operation.

As a Cleaning Attendant you’ll help create a positive and welcoming environment by greeting members and guests with a smile—and maybe even a high-five. You’ll play a key role in keeping the club clean, organized, and “grand-opening ready” by following our cleaning playbook and checklists with a strong sense of urgency. Whether you're tidying up common areas or answering a member’s question about our offerings, you’ll take pride in maintaining a clean and energetic space that reflects the Crunch brand.

About You
You usually need and want a consistent schedule with minimal change, and you tend to favor and draw toward the familiar. You are incredibly dependable, steady, and predictable. You will be resolute and committed if you are comfortable with your job duties. You would rather have a workload that lets you "check off" things and finish one project before starting another. Even if you feel it is right to engage in small talk, you would prefer to concentrate on the current assignment.

Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five
- Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists
- Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed
Qualifications
- Ability to execute performance expectations and interested in maintaining cleanliness
- Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours
