Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example to ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction
- Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility
- Assist in driving sales, revenue goals, and membership retention
- Handle member concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance metrics and support reporting with the General Manager
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Sales and customer service experience required
- A highly outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members, build relationships, and create a welcoming, energetic club atmosphere
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Ability to be active on the gym floor and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Starting pay at $22 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance
