Membership Concierge Advisor (MCA) - Crunch Select Coming Soon

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge Advisor (MCA) is a dedicated, member facing sales professional responsible for delivering a concierge style sales experience that aligns with the elevated service and hospitality standards of the Crunch Select club model. This role blends premium guest experience, consultative selling, and relationship building to convert prospects into longterm members while reinforcing Crunch Select’s position as a high touch, premium fitness destination.

Unlike traditional high volume sales roles, the Membership Concierge Advisor operates with a quality-over-quantity mindset, focusing on personalized tours, thoughtful discovery, and intentional followup. The MCA serves as both a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, ensuring every prospective member feels valued, understood, and confident in their decision to join.

Key Responsibilities:

Elevated Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver a warm, personalized greeting to every prospective member, setting the tone for a premium and welcoming experience.
• Lead high quality, guided tours that thoughtfully highlight Select’s elevated amenities, programming, recovery offerings, and design differentiators.
• Create meaningful rapport through active listening, discovery questions, and genuine interest in each guest’s goals and lifestyle.
• Execute Crunch Select’s Three Steps of Service throughout the sales process: 
• Warm Greeting.
• Anticipate Every Guest’s Needs.
• Fond Farewell.
• Ensure every guest departs feeling respected, informed, and excited—regardless of immediate purchasing outcome.

Membership Sales & Enrollment

• Drive new membership sales through referrals, inbound inquiries, strategic outreach, and proactive follow up.
• Conduct consultative needs analysis to recommend the most appropriate membership tier and optional services.
• Confidently present membership options, pricing, and value proposition with clarity and professionalism—never pressure.
• Facilitate a seamless enrollment process, including member setup, billing configuration, and initial orientation expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate a polished handoff once a prospect becomes a member.

Lead Management & Follow Up

• Respond quickly and professionally to all leads, phone inquiries, digital requests, and walk-ins.
• Maintain consistent, personalized follow up cadence to nurture prospects and maximize conversion.
• Utilize VFP to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain data accuracy.
• Participate in approved community outreach and corporate partnership initiatives when applicable.

Onboarding & First Week Experience (Select Standard)

• Set clear expectations for the new member’s first week at Crunch Select, including suggested workouts, classes, or amenities.
• Ensure an elevated onboarding experience by coordinating introductions to key team members when possible.
• Reinforce the premium nature of Select through whiteglove service touches and thoughtful communication.

Brand & Facility Standards

• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and adherence to Select uniform and grooming standards at all times.
• Uphold a polished, organized, and visually elevated sales and lobby area.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Crunch Select’s values, standards, and service promise in all interactions.

Performance Expectations

Sales Concierge Advisors are expected to:

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver a differentiated, hospitality led sales experience aligned with premium brand positioning.
• Balance sales effectiveness with relationship based selling and longterm retention mindset.
• Uphold integrity, transparency, and brand values in all sales practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or service experience preferred (fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or servicebased industries strongly preferred)
• Strong consultative selling and rapport building skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Confidence using CRM systems, membership software, and digital sales tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong personal accountability.
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling premium or lifestyle-oriented products or services.
• Background in concierge, hospitality, boutique fitness, or luxury retail environments.
• Familiarity with membership based business models

Pay

• Starting pay is $18 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance, as well as multiple commission-based earning opportunities.
