Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Position Summary

An Assistant General Manager is a dependable leader and a direct extension of the General Manager. They are responsible for leading the store in the GM’s absence, supporting store operations, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. AGMs lead by example, train effectively, and uphold the store’s core values of Accountability, Communication, Adaptability, and Inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the store when the GM is off-site or unavailable.
• Plan and organize assigned shifts for overall store success.
• Monitor store activity and ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
• Stay current on Crumbl updates and implement operational changes.
• Train, coach, and motivate Crew; provide performance feedback.
• Lead daily huddles and promote team communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Oversee and execute catering game plans.
• Post fridge levels and mixing/store plans on Slack.
• Manage inventory records and assist with ordering as needed.
• Run bank deposits and request change orders.
• Uphold store policies, standards, and the Crumbl Way.
• Address employee and customer concerns professionally and timely.
• Meet regularly with the GM and Shift Leads to align goals and share feedback.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, documentation, and team discipline.
• Fill in for Crew when needed to maintain store operations.
