Job Summary:

Crumbl Cookies seeks a highly motivated, hands-on Bakery Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our location. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key team member, the Bakery Manager will ensure smooth store operations, team productivity, and consistent Crumbl-quality cookies every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, staffing, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Lead and motivate a team of bakers and front-of-house staff to ensure high performance.
• Maintain compliance with all health and food safety regulations.
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
• Monitor product quality and ensure Crumbl brand standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and waste control to meet budget and reduce loss.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and consistently.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Manager’s Food Safety Certification is required (must be completed and current).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a food management role, preferably in a bakery, QSR, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
