Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and delegating daily store operations
- Maintaining knowledge and skills in both baking and leadership roles and providing operational support as needed
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees to deliver attentive and efficient customer service
- Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback and development opportunities
- Resolving customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring proper staffing and inventory levels
- Analyzing store processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and improvement
- Establishing and working toward business and profitability goals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including attractive signage and displays
- Preparing reports and communicating key information to ownership or senior leadership
- Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Performing additional duties as needed to support the overall success and health of the business
Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
