Store Manager

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic management candidates to join our growing franchise team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Our Store Managers oversee the daily operations of the store and work closely with the Franchise Owner to ensure smooth operations, team development, and business success. We place a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and creating a positive environment where employees can grow and perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and delegating daily store operations
  • Maintaining knowledge and skills in both baking and leadership roles and providing operational support as needed
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees to deliver attentive and efficient customer service
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback and development opportunities
  • Resolving customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring store activity and ensuring proper staffing and inventory levels
  • Analyzing store processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and improvement
  • Establishing and working toward business and profitability goals
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including attractive signage and displays
  • Preparing reports and communicating key information to ownership or senior leadership
  • Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Performing additional duties as needed to support the overall success and health of the business

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
