Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Bakers to join their team!
We’re looking for bakers and shift leaders who bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for great cookies.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow recipes and prepare cookie dough
- Bake, decorate, and present cookies with quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions
- Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Support inventory, deliveries, and production needs

Requirements:
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (closed Sundays!)
