This position requires a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We have run for part time bakers to full time bakers. There is room for growth in leadership and management. This is a fun fast-paced work environment, our store has an amazing fun loving culture. We work hard but have fun as a team.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Cookie Preparation:
Follow Crumbl Cookie's recipes and guidelines for preparing cookie dough and other necessary components.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on cookies to ensure they meet Crumbl's high standards.
Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized baking station and work area.
Efficiency:
Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines..
Requirements:
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and as needed- No Sundays!
Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
