Responsibilities
- Accurately read and follow Crumbl Cookie recipes and procedures
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
- Decorate and display finished products to brand standards
- Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and presentation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, making recommendations, processing orders, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
- Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments preferred
- Experience handling cash and operating POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with an emphasis on sales and upselling
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory support
