REQUIRED: 18 years or older
We are looking for cookie lovers to come join our Crumbl Crew. We are eager to bring aboard fun loving, customer-oriented crew members. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and a fun environment!
Must be able to work 20 hrs a week including Fri & Sat.
Accepting availability ranging from any of these times:
- MORNING (6am-12pm)
- AFTERNOON (12pm - 5pm)
- EVENING (5pm-10:15pm)

No previous baking experience required.

Store Hours:
Mon-Sat from 8am - 10pm
Sun CLOSED
Responsibilities:
- Delegate shift tasks to a crew of bakers.
- Supervise batch quality.
- Supervise customer service.
- Lead team to fulfill dough and frosting production levels
- Troubleshoot delivery issues with third-party vendors.
- Supervise daily or nightly cleaning.
- Provide on the spot corrections to crew members.
- Meet weekly store metrics.
General Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Reading, understanding, and executing recipes in English
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
