This is a part-time or full-time hourly leadership role with competitive base pay based on experience plus consistent, hourly tips earned by providing exceptional service to our guests.

Full Time Bakers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employee contributions starting as low as $200 per month once eligibility requirements are met. In addition, you’ll enjoy two weeks of paid vacation, one guaranteed weekend day off each week, and a 10% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University.

What You’ll Do

As a Baker, you’ll help prepare, bake, and decorate Crumbl’s signature cookies while keeping the bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll follow simple recipes, learn food safety basics, and work alongside teammates to keep up with daily demand.You’ll also interact with guests, help restock ingredients, and support your team wherever needed. No two shifts are exactly the same, and there’s always something to do.

Schedule & Flexibility

We offer flexible scheduling that works around school, sports, activities, and family commitments. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, depending on availability and business needs.This role is ideal for students looking for part-time hours, though additional hours may be available during school breaks and holidays.

Pay: $13.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
