We are hiring immediately for Bakers on all shifts. We're looking for those who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where the shifts go by quickly!
What does the role involve?
- Mixing, weighing and rolling cookie dough
- Baking cookies in a convection oven
- Frosting, sprinkling, topping, and serving cookies in our signature pink boxes
- Helping customers select from a variety of desserts that change weekly

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old

Our Cottleville location is easily accessible from all of St. Charles county. We are just off of I-364 and Hwy 94 and Hwy N. Great for those looking to drive from St. Peter's, O'Fallon, Dardenne Prairie and Lake St. Louis or even Chesterfield!

They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
