What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker, Mixer and Shift Lead position at Crumbl Cookies?

We are a fast paced, high energy environment with a team who works hard but has fun doing it. We take pride in implementing and maintaining the 3 Cs of Crumbl: Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Customer Experience.


We are hiring full-time and part-time bakers, mixers and shift leads for schedules between 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 2:00 pm - 12:00 am on Friday and Saturday. You will always have Sundays off! Base pay plus tips.


Duties depending on the position include:

Leading other team members

Assisting customer placing orders

Operating various kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers

Making dough, balling dough and frosting and decorating cookies

Maintaining high quality

Maintaining proper storage of ingredients

Maintaining cleanliness of store
