Morning Prep Baker – Crumbl Cookies

Now Hiring for Morning Shifts:

8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
-
Prepare 12–14 batches of cookie dough per shift.
Follow prep instructions for doughs, frostings, and toppings.
Operate bakery equipment including commercial mixers and ovens.
Frost, top, and decorate cookies to Crumbl standards.
Provide excellent customer service when needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
Meet prep goals and maintain quality during high-volume hours.
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency.
Previous food service or baking experience is a plus but not required.
