Responsibilities
- Oversee evening store operations to ensure smooth and efficient shifts
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and assist with stock control
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Train and support team members in food preparation, customer service, and company procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and team performance
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick-service, fast food, bakery, or restaurant operations preferred
- Strong leadership and shift management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
