Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate cookies and other treats following recipes and quality standards
- Package products while maintaining cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with mixing, baking, and ingredient preparation in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow sanitation guidelines
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist with product recommendations
- Support daily kitchen operations and proper equipment use
Requirements
- Baking or food service experience preferred (not required)
- Basic knowledge of food safety, preparation, and kitchen practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills
