Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, front loaders, backhoes, and excavators.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Load and unload materials as necessary using appropriate machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with various types of heavy machinery including bulldozers, front loader trucks, and backhoes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
