Senior Attorney – Wage & Hour Class Action
Location: California
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to handle complex wage & hour class action matters. This role focuses on representing employees in high-impact cases involving misclassification, overtime violations, meal/rest break issues, and other labor law claims.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and legal filings
- Develop case strategy to drive strong settlements and verdicts
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in wage & hour class action litigation
- Collaborate with internal legal teams to move cases efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Active member of the California State Bar
- 5 years of employment law and class action experience
- Strong litigation, research, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with solid judgment in complex situations
