What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help grow/strengthen our client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Full Life Cycle of the recruiting process for our clients. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in recruiting in the I.T. industry.
Job Duties:
- Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools
- Interview prospective candidates
- Post jobs on job boards
- Prep candidates for interviews with client companies
- Contact candidates post-interview
- Extend job offers
- Reach out to candidates who are on assignment, continue to build the relationship
- Cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
You should know some of the following:
- 2 years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
- Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn
