About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting: Prepare, review, and revise a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to:
- Service agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Vendor contracts
- Licensing agreements
- Partnership agreements
- Employment contracts
- Contract Routing: Develop and maintain an efficient contract routing system to ensure timely review and approval by relevant stakeholders, including:
- Legal department
- Finance team
- Department heads
- Executive leadership
- Agreement Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of agreements, including:
- Initiating contract requests
- Coordinating negotiations
- Tracking contract status
- Ensuring timely execution
- Maintaining accurate records
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive contract database, ensuring all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily accessible.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role

- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
