Overview:
Seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam and multi-axis experience. This role involves programming, setup, and machining tight-tolerance parts from print to production.
Responsibilities:
- Program and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam
- Perform setups and run first articles
- Machine to ±0.001" tolerances
- Read blueprints and apply GD&T
- Conduct in-process inspections
- Troubleshoot and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Current Mastercam experience
- Multi-axis machining background
- Ability to handle own setups and tight tolerances
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Proficient with measuring tools
