Power Platform Automation Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Automation Developer to support internal automation and reporting initiatives across multiple business units.
This role focuses on building and maintaining Microsoft Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards that streamline manual processes, improve reporting visibility, and enhance operational efficiency.
This is an execution-focused role within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate actively builds in Power Automate and Power BI and wants to continue growing deeper into automation and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Dataverse data sources
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows
• Document solutions and support internal user training
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on automation initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• 1–3 years building Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong SQL fundamentals
• Experience working within Microsoft 365
• Ability to independently deliver production-ready solutions
Compensation:
Target salary range: $95,000 – $110,000
Flexible based on experience.
