Microsoft 365 Automation Developer
Brentwood, TN – On Site (5 Days per Week)
Contract-to-Hire -- 95-110K
We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Automation Developer to support internal process automation and reporting initiatives.
This is an on-site role in Brentwood, TN. Candidates must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.
This role focuses on building and maintaining Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We are looking for someone who actively builds in the Power Platform and wants to deepen their expertise in business systems automation.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Dataverse data sources
• Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft-based solutions
• Improve and troubleshoot existing automation flows
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to streamline processes
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years hands-on experience building Power Automate workflows
• 1–3 years developing Power BI dashboards
• Strong SQL fundamentals
• Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments
• Ability to work on site in Brentwood, TN five days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform certification
• Azure exposure
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI integrations
Compensation:
Target salary range: $95,000 – $110,000
Compensation may be flexible based on demonstrated Power Platform expertise.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs.
