The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:
- Sort, extract and prepare donations for processing and operate envelope-opening machines
- Verify, analyze, and process specialty batches, including large payments, electronic transfers, donations, government checks, and bank credits.
- Verify source documents to determine donation details, designations, and processing steps.
- Enter data into donor database software using images and documents efficiently and accurately.
- Perform data entry according to standard procedures from a variety of receipts and other source documents using an alpha and numeric keyboard.
