WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Maintain AIA facilities and grounds to ensure consistent appearance, safety, and operational excellence
- Coordinate general maintenance, repairs, and construction projects across campus
- Complete or oversee building and grounds maintenance, including seasonal and weather-related tasks
- Conduct weekly inspections of the Sports Complex and grounds to identify safety, repair, or maintenance needs
- Lead team meetings, assign work, and oversee maintenance staff
- Coordinate with service providers for installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance
- Provide weekly or biweekly updates to the CFO and COO on current and upcoming projects
- Model a positive, flexible, and service-oriented attitude toward associates, leadership, staff, and guests
Experience and Skills:
- High School or GED
- Vocational/ Technical Certification preferred
- 3 year experience
