This role partners with internal departments including Accounts Payable, Billing, Pricing, and Operations to support financial processes, reporting, and forecasting efforts. The Accountant also prepares reports, assists with month-end close activities, analyzes financial data, and supports leadership in financial planning and decision-making.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM

Essential Duties And Responsibilites
- Accurately record and maintain financial transactions and supporting documentation
- Assist with revenue collection processes and monitor outstanding balances
- Partner with Accounts Payable, Billing, Pricing, and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and support operational needs
- Maintain and update financial databases and records
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc financial reports as needed
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support collections efforts and customer account follow-up
- Review and validate payroll-related financial data for accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding financial matters and account status
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Provide support for audits and compliance-related activities
- Assist with training and process documentation as needed
- Perform other financial and accounting duties as assigned
- Support audit requests as necessary
- Accounting or Finance degree
