About The Role

We’re seeking a Residence Specialist to apply a consultative sales approach to successfully assist policyholders in finding the right temporary home during a difficult time. The Residence Specialist is focused on working closely with insurance claims adjusters, landlords and property management companies to hunt down and negotiate contracts to secure the best available properties for policyholders needing to move in quickly during claims, often under very tight deadlines and constraints. Residence Specialists manage multiple claims at a time, triaging and using excellent time management skills to process those claims while providing addon services and supplemental options to the policyholder, boosting satisfaction during their temporary housing stay. Successfully closing a claim at this stage involves the policyholder agreeing to tour the property and securing a verbal acceptance of the property.
