Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools and equipment.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times to minimize risks on-site.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and ensure proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced personnel is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
