Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Senior Associate / Counsel / Partner Level)
Location: Lancaster, PA (In-Person)
A well-established, multidisciplinary law firm is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. This opportunity is suitable for attorneys at senior associate, counsel, or partner level, with flexibility around title depending on experience. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a full spectrum of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters and work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, client interaction, and long-term stability within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on workers’ compensation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documents
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences
- Manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-value cases
- Participate in motion practice and trial preparation where required
- Maintain billable hours in line with role expectations
Candidate Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
- 7 years of direct Pennsylvania workers’ compensation experience
- 10 years preferred
- Proven ability to handle all stages of the workers’ compensation litigation process
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems preferred

Compensation
