Trim Carpenter

Crownover Company is looking to hire an experienced trim carpenter. Must have at least 5 years of new home construction or remodeling experience installing interior trim, crown molding, custom woodwork, custom built wainscot, and baseboards. MUST be dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects
• Install millwork, molding and trim of windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels and other ornamental pieces
• Install cabinetry and some fixtures as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an interior trim carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Physical strength, stamina, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Must be able to work with hand, power, pneumatic and precision tools, along with measuring tape

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
