Job Description

Salary:

• Base wage starts at $22.00-$24.29

Hours:

• Wissota currently operates under three different shifts; however, thispositionis for the 1st Shift. Hours may be 7 am to 3 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer the phones.

• Acknowledge receipt of customer orders and input the orders into system.

• Prepare shipping documents.

• When necessary, arrange pickup/delivery of shipments and suggest additional services.

• Prepare Ring size and Punch Sizes/ Serial Number Reports upon receipt of orders.

• Notify customers of any changes in the delivery schedule of orders.

• Refer requests for information, complaints, or services of technical nature to the appropriate person.

• Interpret, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries (examples: quotations, terms of sale, delivery dates, complaints, request for literature, etc.)

• Maintain files and records pertinent to the function.

• Process product returns and exchanges.

• Take care of mail daily.

• Take care of the visitor log.

• Prepare quotes.

• Contact existing and prospective customers to sell products/provide service via telephone, fax and E-Mail.

• Perform other functions as needed and coordinate with other Customer Service Representative so all tasks are completed on time.

• Accounts Payable support

Requirements:

• Proficient with ProfitKey software, within 1 month.

• Proficient in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, & Word).

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Strong Organization skills.

• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.

• Works well in a team or self-directed atmosphere.

• Consistently reliableattendance.

Highly Preferred:

• Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task.

• Improvement mindset.

• Problem solving/critical thinking abilities.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
