What you’ll do

• Meet with new and existing clients to gather and organize information about their business entities and goals.
• Evaluate client profiles to identify and implement effective, compliant tax-reduction strategies.
• Educate clients on strategy options (e.g., entity selection, elections, retirement plans) and how to apply them in practice.
• Lead annual strategy reviews to update recommendations as laws and client circumstances change.
• Create and deliver clear training/materials that help clients successfully use recommended strategies.
• Partner with internal teams (accounting, onboarding, client success) to ensure resources align with client needs and business goals.

What we’re looking for

• 2 years of experience in tax and/or accounting (public firm or in-house).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with business owners, CEOs/CFOs, and other decision-makers.
• Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple client engagements.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• (Nice to have) EA or CPA, or progress toward credential; working knowledge of small-business planning (S-corps, partnerships, elections, retirement, reasonable comp).
