Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines such as industrial washers and dryers to ensure proper cleaning of textiles and garments.
- Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting and manual handling of laundry loads using push carts or other equipment.
- Follow strict safety standards in production areas, adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform sanitation procedures regularly to uphold hygiene standards across all laundry processes.
- Manage laundry detergents and cleaning agents responsibly, ensuring correct usage according to safety guidelines.
- Sort, fold, and organize linen efficiently for timely delivery or storage.
- Assist with materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading laundry items while maintaining proper safety practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry services, and textile cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment effectively.
