Crowne Plaza Albany – The Desmond Hotel, ranked among the top five Crowne Plaza hotels in the country, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities:
- Verify and balance daily Front Desk financial transactions and reconcile point-of-sale transactions.
- Complete the daily audit, generate reports, and post charges for guest rooms, food and beverage, and banquet events.
- Answer telephone calls, make reservations, and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive overnight guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
- Associate degree in hotel or restaurant management or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
- Ability to meet the hotel’s professional appearance standards.
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with flexibility in scheduled workdays.
