- General knowledge of basic maintenance and repair work preferred

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing preventative maintenance throughout the facility
- Painting and touch-up work
- Basic plumbing repairs
- General facility repairs and upkeep
- Assisting with additional maintenance needs as assigned
