Position Overview
Crown Linen Service, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with people, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to the success of a long-established, family-owned company.
This is an on-site position based in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role requires regular in-person presence and is not remote
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activity for assigned openings from posting through hire
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Post jobs on the HRIS system (iSolved) and other recruiting platforms
- Source candidates through the HRIS system, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information
- Help build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office preferred
Compensation
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
