What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Crown Toyota?
Crown Automotive is looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and perform in the administration of the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources functions and duties.
- Coordinate, organize, and implement various HR projects.
- Document, organize and prepare reports relating to various personnel activities such as performance evaluations, corrective actions, grievances, rules and regulations.
- Performs talent acquisition tasks, i.e. career fairs, recruiting, screening, interviewing, orientation and onboarding.
- Assist with Employee Exit reviews and exit paperwork.
- Document and complete all Workers Comp processes, FMLA paperwork, Cobra requirements.
- Review, update and oversee HR Forms and Employee Handbook.
- Monitor Employee Referral Program.
- Administrate all benefit functions including tracking, setting up and communicating Employee Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, Disability. Is also responsible for spearheading the annual renewal process.
- Must be a subject matter expert for all HR functions.
- Must be able to pass a Driving Record Check, Background Check, and Drug Screen
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or related position in the HR function. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of various employment laws and practices.
Pay determined based upon experience. Possibility of 4-day work week.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
