Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Planner Scheduler – Sprout will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Planner Scheduler – Sprout will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like:
- Validate and confirm orders based on available capacity (materials, labor, equipment), ensuring feasible production commitments.
- Develop and manage production plans (short- and long-term, including MPS/forecasts), upload data into systems, and coordinate closely with purchasing and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor execution of production plans and proactively resolve deviations (material shortages, design changes, backlogs), including rescheduling as needed.
- Ensure data and system accuracy (BOM, routings, inventory, WO’s, demand signals) and support clean-to-build analysis, ECO tracking, and replanning activities.
- Control inventory levels and performance metrics, addressing discrepancies and driving KPIs aligned to CSD, lead time, response time, and inventory goals.
- Collaborate across supply chain and operations (SCM, Master Scheduling, Order Desk, CFTs), support customer programs, provide guidance on priorities, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1 years of Production Planning experience.
- Strong capability in production planning & forecasting, ensuring accurate demand alignment.
- Working knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and its application in manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and supply chain management, with proficiency in MRP or ERP systems.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
