Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
- Digital Systems & Process Optimization
- Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill).
- Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance.
- Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML,RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
- Post-M&A Integration
- A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or
- 5 years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- 2 years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP,
