Job Description
As a Warehouse Lead or Line Lead, you will:
- Supervise daily production and warehouse operations
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to maximize performance
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
- Uphold all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and warehouse processes
- Prior leadership experience in a production setting preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus, but not required
Shifts & Pay
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Sunday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Starting pay: $19/hour DOE
