Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Forklift Operator / Warehouse Laborer
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | $17.00Key
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, receive, and stock materials in a steel manufacturing warehouse
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize inventory
- Pull wire and cut wire to specific lengths based on work orders
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure (measurement test required)
- Maintain organization of shelves and inventory locations
- Assist with general warehouse duties in a dirty, industrial environment
- Focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
Qualifications:
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Previous picker/packer, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial warehouse setting
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a small, close-knit team
