Location: Jeffersonville, OH
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Crown Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead to join our team in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable taking the lead, staying organized, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities
• Coordinate warehouse workflow and prioritize daily tasks
• Receive, inspect, organize, and put away incoming materials
• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
• Help ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
• Train and assist warehouse employees as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience required
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse documentation
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
